Blue and white soft cover booklet with black & white photo of Candlewood Lake on the front cover. Published by the Affiliated Candlewood Watershed Associations (A.C.W.A). No date was found. My best guess is the 1980's-1990's. Forty-eight pages, including the covers.
From the Foreword: "This booklet is designed to assist concerned citizens in understanding the process of eutrophication and its control through the management of the lake's surrounding watershed"
The booklet is in very good condition. Binding is tight. Little wear to the covers and interior pages. Clean, and free of marks and creases.
